How Paradify transfers Apple Music to TIDAL

Five steps. No downloads, no apps to install.

  1. 1Open the Apple Music to TIDAL page and sign in with Google.
  2. 2Connect Apple Music and TIDAL, both through their official sign-in screens, so Paradify never sees either password.
  3. 3Pick the Apple Music playlists you want to move from your library.
  4. 4Click Transfer. Paradify matches every track by ISRC, the recording identifier labels assign at release, and falls back to a title and artist search for anything ISRC doesn't resolve.
  5. 5Open TIDAL to find your new playlists under My Collection, and check the report on Paradify for every match and miss.

What transfers and what doesn't

TIDAL's catalog runs past 100 million tracks, and ISRC matching resolves the large majority of a typical Apple Music library. Here's the honest breakdown.

Carries over cleanly

  • Playlists you created on Apple Music: name, song order and every track that has a match.
  • Several playlists in one go. Queue them and come back when they're done.
  • Songs that appear twice in a playlist are added once, so your TIDAL playlists stay tidy.
  • ISRC-exact matches: the same recording you had on Apple Music, not a random live or karaoke version.

Doesn't transfer (and why)

  • Apple-curated content like Mixes, Made For You and radio stations. Copy the tracks into a regular playlist first if you want to keep them.
  • Tracks TIDAL doesn't carry in your country. Licensing differs between services, and the report lists every miss so you can search TIDAL yourself.
  • Songs you uploaded to Apple Music from your own files. Paradify searches TIDAL for them by title and artist, but only songs in TIDAL's catalog can match.

Why move Apple Music playlists to TIDAL with Paradify

Apple Music and TIDAL both stream lossless audio, so switching doesn't have to cost you sound quality. What it usually costs is the playlists you've spent years building. Paradify moves them in minutes, from your browser.

ISRC-accurate matching

Apple Music catalog songs carry an ISRC, the same recording identifier TIDAL indexes its catalog by, so Paradify matches the exact recording, not just a song with the same name.

Your Apple Music playlists stay put

Paradify only reads from Apple Music. Nothing there is edited or deleted, so you can keep both services side by side for as long as you like.

Batch transfers with a real report

Queue several playlists at once. Every transfer comes with a per-track report of what matched and what didn't, which you can reopen any time from your transfer history.

Free to start, no downloads

Transfer your first 100 songs free, then upgrade for unlimited transfers. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser over the official Apple Music and TIDAL APIs.

Apple Music to TIDAL: FAQ

Do I need an Apple Music subscription?
Yes. Reading playlists from your Apple Music library requires an active Apple Music subscription; a free Apple ID on its own isn't enough. You also need a TIDAL account, where Paradify creates the new playlists.
Will my Apple Music playlists be changed or deleted?
No. Paradify only reads the playlists you pick and never edits or deletes anything on Apple Music. Both connections use the official sign-in screens, so Paradify never sees your passwords, and you can revoke access any time in each service's account settings.
How accurate is the matching?
Very. Paradify matches by ISRC, the International Standard Recording Code that identifies each recording. Apple Music and TIDAL both store it on every track, so a match is the exact recording, not a fuzzy text guess. Tracks without an ISRC match fall back to a search by title and artist.
Where do the transferred playlists end up?
In your TIDAL account under My Collection, with the same names they had on Apple Music. They're unlisted: they don't show on your TIDAL profile, but anyone you send the link to can open them.
What happens to songs that can't be matched?
Your transfer report lists every song that was added and every song that wasn't, so you can look up the missing ones yourself. A song usually drops out because TIDAL doesn't carry that recording in your country.
Can I transfer Made For You playlists or Mixes?
No. Apple's algorithm generates those, and they aren't available to transfer tools. Copy the tracks into a regular playlist in your library first, then transfer that playlist.
How long does a transfer take?
A 50-song playlist usually finishes in seconds, because ISRC lookups are batched. Playlists with thousands of tracks take a few minutes, and you can leave the page and check your transfer history later.
Does the cover art carry over?
No. The playlist name and song order carry over, but custom cover art doesn't. The playlist description notes that it came from Apple Music via Paradify.
Will the transfer improve audio quality?
The transfer recreates the playlist; it doesn't touch any audio. Once your playlists are on TIDAL, they play at whatever quality your TIDAL plan and settings allow.
