- Is this a subscription?
- No. Transfer Unlock is a one-time payment, shown above in your local currency, that gives you full access for 30 days. There is no auto-renewal, so your card will never be charged again.
- What is your refund policy?
- Within 7 days of purchase, you get a full refund if you bought by mistake or your transfer failed, and 50% back if fewer than 70% of your songs were matched. Once a transfer has completed successfully, it isn't eligible for a refund.
- What happens when my 30 days expire?
- Your account returns to the free plan. All past transfers and history stay intact, and new transfers count toward the free song limit. You can buy another Transfer Unlock anytime.
- Will an in-progress transfer finish if I close the tab?
- Yes. Background processing is included with Transfer Unlock: once started, your transfer runs on our servers and finishes even after you leave the site.
- Do I need a credit card to use the free plan?
- No. Sign in with Google, connect the services you're moving between, and you're ready to go.
