By using Paradify (paradify.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1.Description of service

Paradify is a web-based tool that transfers playlists between YouTube, YouTube Music, Spotify and Apple Music. It reads a playlist on one service, looks for each song on another, and creates a new playlist there with the songs it finds.

To do this, you connect the services involved through their official sign-in: Google for YouTube and YouTube Music, Spotify, and Apple’s MusicKit for Apple Music. Transfers to or from Apple Music require an active Apple Music subscription.

Paradify does not download, copy or upload audio or video files. It only works with songs that already exist on the destination service.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Paradify. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and can legally agree to these Terms.

3.Accounts and sign-in

Paradify doesn’t have its own passwords. You sign in with your Google account and connect your Spotify or Apple accounts as needed. You are responsible for keeping those accounts secure. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your Google, Spotify or Apple account.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its APIs
  • Circumvent usage limits or access controls, for example by creating multiple accounts to extend the free tier
  • Transfer content you don’t have the right to access
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its performance

5.Third-party services

Paradify works with YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music on your behalf. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms:

Paradify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Spotify or Apple. Paradify uses YouTube API Services and follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy. Which songs are available, and in which countries, is decided by each music service, not by Paradify.

7.Intellectual property

The Paradify name, branding, website and code belong to Paradify and its owners. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

You keep all rights to your playlists. Paradify does not claim ownership of any playlist data processed through the service.

8.Disclaimers

Paradify is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • Every song will be found on the destination service, or matched to the exact version you had
  • The service will always be available or free of errors
  • Results will be unaffected by changes to YouTube, Spotify or Apple Music outside our control

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paradify and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
